Well..

Its been a very interesting time for our family, but I believe that with the seasons will our luck have brighter days. I was recently hospitalized for postpartum stress and depression. It was a long and difficult road to walk, and I know that I still have some time to make up for. I believe that I was taken down this road to prove my love and appreciation for my husband and child. More so, I think that while it is a physical challenge to fight postpartum stress; it is also an extremely spiritual matter as well.

I know that if it wasn’t for the prayers and comfort of close family and friends that I would not have even been released from the hospital. The spiritual support was the foundation, my ROCK, during this trial. I can say that even though I am physically taking medication, what helps me to feel better more than anything are the simplest things.

For Example:

Skin to skin contact with my baby

Pumping and Dumping my milk (even though I’m not breastfeeding, I still get the benefits!!!)

Being around my husband and child instead of calling them from the hospital

Watching my son grow up :)

Now I am stronger and moreover MOTIVATED to bring this business to women who are pregnant and in the early postpartum stages! Thank you Jesus for healing me :)
